I have enjoyed creating art for as long as I can remember.

After studying both Fine Arts and Graphic Design at Kwantlen Polytechnic University in my early 20's, I set out on a long career as a graphic designer. Through all my years of working and raising a family I always managed to carve out some time to paint and show my work when possible. I am very grateful to now have the ability to devote more time to my art practice.

My arwork is all about exploration. Exploration of myself, my experiences, the materials I work with and the universe we live in. Nature provides a vast amount of visual inspiration for me and an endless supply of wisdom. It fuels my curiosity to explore, discover and learn, and keeps me grounded in the process. Painting takes me on adventures of connection and understanding in the physical world and guides me through explorations of my inner landscapes through healing and personal growth.

The painting journey is always rich with insights and truths and brings peace, balance and joy into my life.
